How we protect customers and masters — from identity verification to privacy and support.
MyID identity verification
Every UBASE master is verified through MyID — Uzbekistan’s government biometric identity system. The master’s name and passport details are officially confirmed before they take their first order.
Personal data protection (ZRU-547)
We process personal data in line with the Republic of Uzbekistan Law «On personal data» (ZRU-547). Consent is a separate checkbox at sign-up — never bundled with the main agreement. You can request, correct or delete your data at any time. Financial records are stored for 5 years — that is the legal requirement.
Phone number masking
The customer’s phone number is never passed directly to the master. Communication between customer and master goes through the app: chat and call inside UBASE. This protects both sides and lets us resolve disputes based on the conversation history.
Payments and finance
UBASE does not accept payment for repairs. The customer pays the master directly — in cash or by card transfer. This reduces the risk of frozen funds, simplifies dispute resolution and keeps UBASE in the role of an information intermediary, not a payment agent.
Fraud prevention
UBASE applies a set of measures to protect against fraudulent activity. Measures include: OTP attempt rate limiting (no more than 3 per 10 minutes), automatic blocking on suspicious activity, order count limits (no more than 3 active orders at a time), transaction monitoring, and account blocking when abuse is detected. If suspicious activity is identified, we reserve the right to temporarily restrict access to the service and notify the user.
24/7 support
We have three support channels: an AI assistant inside the app (instant answers), a Telegram bot and a call centre. Any question about an order, payment or master — write to support, we answer 24/7.
Age 18+
Registration in UBASE is for 18 years and older only. This is a MyID identity requirement and standard practice for platforms handling personal and financial data.
