When you accept an order, 20 000 UZS is held and debited once the customer approves the entire checklist (final job acceptance does not charge twice). If the order never reaches that step — your hold is returned per the agreement. Minimum top-up — 20 000 UZS.

Cancellations — no monetary fines
If you have to cancel an order — UBASE never fines you. Instead, a short cooldown kicks in for new orders: longer if the cancellation is late or repeated. The cooldown lifts automatically.

How much does UBASE take per order?

What does “first order free” mean?
No commission on your first order as a master. It’s a trial period so you can evaluate the platform.

No monetary fine. A temporary cooldown kicks in for new orders: from 0 minutes (immediate cancellation) up to several hours (cancellation after arrival). It lifts automatically.
Who pays the taxes?
You do, as a self-employed person or sole proprietor. UBASE is an information intermediary — not an employer or tax agent.
Can I work in several categories?
Yes. During registration you choose all categories you work in.
