Common questions
How do I book a master?
Download the UBASE app, choose a category (e.g. “Plumber”), set your address and tap “Book master”. The closest available master will accept the order.
How much does it cost?
Prices are open before you book — see the price list for 180 jobs in the app. There is no separate fixed “call-out fee”: the platform applies a minimum order amount (typically 150 000 UZS; the live value is shown in the app). The checklist total is agreed before work starts and cannot be below that minimum.
How does payment work?
You pay the master directly — in cash or by card transfer — once the work is approved. UBASE never holds the money for the repair itself.
Who are UBASE masters?
They are self-employed specialists verified through MyID — Uzbekistan’s government identity system. Each has a rating and order history.
What if the work is done poorly?
Submit a complaint through the app within 24 hours. UBASE reviews disputes within 48 hours and helps resolve them.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. Cancellation is free until the master arrives. After arrival but before you approve the checklist, payment follows the minimum-order rules and the customer offer — there is no separate fixed call-out fee.
What if the master doesn’t arrive?
The platform reassigns the order to another master. If no one accepts — the order is cancelled at no charge.
